Main Purpose of Job
To provide operational and administrative support for the effective running of the Austell Operating System (AOS). The role ensures efficient execution of day-to-day system-related tasks, offers troubleshooting assistance to users, manages system-related data, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of system information for reporting and operational efficiency.
Key Performance Areas (Core, essential responsibilities – outputs of the position)
1. System Administration & Support
o Assist with routine updates and data entry within the Austell Operating System.
2. Documentation & Record Management
o Maintain user queries and resolutions.
o Ensure that system procedures, user guides, and FAQs are consistently updated for ease of use and training.
3. User Support & Training
o Assist with onboarding new users and provide basic training on system navigation and functionality.
4. Compliance & System Security
o Ensure structure and process alignment across all departments
5. Support the rollout and structure of the Operating System
o Maintain system templates, trackers, reports and dashboards
o Organize and coordinate structured meetings and follow-ups
o Help teams stay compliant with the Austell Operating System expectations.
o Troubleshoot, improve, and drive consistency in how work is tracked and executed.

EDUCATION
· Related Tertiary qualification

· Basic understanding of database or system operations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
