Challenges:

The South African Reserve Bank main emphasis is on identifying highly specialised candidates with sought after skills set. Given the current economic market, it is a challenge to find such skills using their current internal methods. This is further challenged by gaining candidates with a clear credit standing. Even though they do have an internal recruitment department, there are many specialised roles that require talented individuals that require to be headhunted.

Solution:

Pro Tem maintains a proactive approach to keeping our fingers on the pulse of “Hot” candidates by head hunting passive candidates that are not on the market currently. Due to most of the roles being specialised and rare, it poses a challenge to their internal recruitment to find. This talent was headhunted using our online marketing tool to attract only the most talented and educated individuals suitable to the client’s requirements. These candidates performed an online assessment to determine the strength of their technical abilities as well as face to face interviews to discover their personality and culture fit. Having an excellent understanding of the clients and the candidate’s requirements allowed us to match the most suitable candidate for the requirement.
